UTeach Academic Advisor for Engineering Majors and UTeach Access Students
Aaron Koehler is UTeach's Academic Services Manager and the Student Services Manager for the UTeach Access program. In this role he plans recruitment and retention events aimed at introducing and fostering relationships between Longhorns and the College of Natural Sciences. He also advises UTeach engineering students pursuing their teaching certifications.
Before joining the UTeach team, Aaron was a Student Program Coordinator at the University of Texas at Dallas’ Office of Student Volunteerism (OSV), where he planned and managed volunteer and service events. At the OSV, he led two Alternative Spring Break trips and helped facilitate the university’s largest single day of service, Viva Volunteer, that saw more than 500 UT Dallas students, faculty, and staff members volunteer in the DFW community on Make a Difference Day.
A proud Longhorn, Aaron graduated from the Moody College of Communication in 2015 with a B.S. in Corporate Communication Studies.
